I am using Corel Photo Paint. But it is some time annoying.
It gives this error sometimes which feel me stupid, "Product Installation Unsuccessful Please Reinstall Error 24".
I want to get rid of this error permanently.
Is anybody here to help me?
Yeah. I understand your problem. I think you are using a pirated version of Corel and that is why you are facing this kind of problem. Try uninstalling the program and then try reinstalling again. This must mostly help because it happens for every pirated software users. You could do that for your every issue to clean up.
Otherwise, you can consider doing this too. Set back your clock to 2-3 months. This will definitely help if not the first one. This will make corel think that your time is not yet expired and you can continue using corel for that specified time. Again the same problem, then do the same thing.

This error mostly occurred when you have installed a counterfeit copy of Corel, or the generated serial number of your Corel is not legitimate. It is best to uninstall your current version, and replaced it with genuine copy.
