Hello, An oDesk Team application is downloaded and tried to install on my desktop. However, the program could not be installed and same error message of ‘Downloading failed’ appears every time. Below is the screenshot of error for your information.
Could any oDesk expert help me to install the application? Thank you very much.

This error could have multiple reasons behind like. Read the following:
1) Check you internet connection.
2) No administrator privileges. Run the file with administrator privileges. Check if your computer has enough space to download the application.
3) Time/date settings may not be correct, especially the date. Please make sure the date on your system is correct.
4) Anti-virus may blocking the application. If other solutions are not working, inactivate the anti-virus to see if the issue gets resolved. You may also try to add the program to the Anti-virus exception list.
