I click on add button then i paste the address of file which i want to download. When i click on OK button in DAP (Download Accelerator Plus) this message is displayed on screen although the firefox is not running that time and the downloading doesn't start.

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.
Error downloading in DAP (Download Accelerator Plus)
This message appears because firefox did not shut down properly the last time you used it and could still be running in the background. Go to the Task Bar by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc. On the process Tab, find firefox.exe and click End Process. Click Yes for confirmation and repeat the process for any firefox background program that is still running. The warning also appears when the firefox profile folder is missing. You can try to locate it and put it back in its original folder. Another cause of the warning is because the profile folder does not have the right permissions. Go to your firefox profile folder, righ-click on it and select Properties. On the General Tab, the Read Only option should not be checked.
