Hello,

There are several steps that will fix this issue.

  • Disable “AutoSave” mode.

1. Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Auto Save.

2. Remove tick beside “Automatically Save Projects”.

3. Press “OK”.

  • Quit all applications that might conflict.

Before you start Adobe Premier, close all applications open. Programs might conflict with Adobe Premier and may cause this issue.

  • Restart your PC.

Restarting your PC will make your PC memory fresh and fast. Then try to do that task again.

  • Remove effects

1. Choose the clip on timeline or sceneline.

2. Go to Edit tab >> Effects >> Edit Effects.

3. Hit the “Eye” to disable the effect or right-click the effect and select “Clear”.

Through this technique, remove any of the following effects:

Auto Levels
Auto Color
Auto Contrast
