Hello guys.

I found the following error code "80072efe" while trying to update Windows. 

Virus and spyware scans run without a cure, while firewall is disabled and failed to update.

If anyone experienced this problem then please share how you overcame it. 

Any suggestions from experts will be really appreciated.
