In the case of The Application Virtualization Client, I got the following error message. It says,
“The Application Virtualization Client could not establish a connection to the Application Virtualization Server” “Error code: 4513CDC-19D06A0A-10000004”.
“The Application Virtualization Client could not launch Mozilla Firefox(Safe Mode) 1.9.1.3523.
The Application Virtualization Client could not establish a connection to the Application Virtualization Server. Check your network connection, and then try again. If the problem persists, report the following code to your system Administrator.

What should I do to get rid of this problem? Any suggestion?

I am not sure if it is occurring for system file corruption but you can try. For this issue you need to fix the Launch Service Database. Now go to terminal application and click Utility folder then print given command below:
“/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/Current/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain system -domain local -domain user”
When MS soft grid client management MMC (Microsoft management control) is used to refresh a desktop configuration server such error can occur. Because soft grid fails to connect desktop server. Do the following:
a. Administrative tools > Softgrid client management MMC snaps it.
b. Select Desktop Conf Server.
c. Right click the error code server and select properties.
d. Verify the host name & port.
Make sure they are valid. Now verify the Telnet service. Write “Telnet servername port” then do given command example : Telnet %SFT_SOFTGRIDSERVER% 554.it will return blank if success.Press enter 2 times u got given MSG type:
RTSP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Server: Softricity SoftGrid Server/x.x.x.xxx [Win32; Windows NT x.x]
Date: xxx, xx xxx xxxx xx:xx:xx xxx
If fail you will get
Could not open connection to the host, on port 554: Connect failed
