When I am attempting to update the webcam drivers, an error message pope up which displays that ‘A network error happened when it is trying to read from the file ‘LWS32.msi’ in the Installer folder under Windows folder. Error code is 1316.’ I am not having the setup disk.
Please guide me to fix the issue.

I notice you that,some day before I had also face this problem.And I was able to fix this issue.I have a better solution to fix this issue.please follow down!
Actuelly "Error code 1316"is an installation-related or some how networking-related error.You can fix your issue in that way.
1.Cancle the installation or updateing,remove or delete the file,then restart your computer.work begain.Now if it show you that full installation occure,may be your NET framewire is corrupt.
2.Noe you need to install the newest version form Microsofte web site first,then after a few min later,restart your computer and reinstalling the program.
