Error with Cisco Clean Access Agent

Hello,

I was trying to use the Clean Access Agent (CAA) after installation when I got this error message, see below.

I found a website on how to resolve this but when I tried following it, I still got this error message.

I knew the installation has completed when I tried using CAA.

I may have missed something.  How would I know if the installation didn’t work?

Please help me resolve the problem.

Thanks in advance.

A pleasant day D Wright! I'm sorry to hear that problem of yours. To be able to resolve your issue, I suggest to close all installation boxes. If you still continue to receive the error,  restart your computer and then uninstall and reinstall CCA. There are few instances that CAA is not added to windows task bar during boot up. This issue appears related to interaction between software and installer loaded on your computer that is resetting the system application during reinstallation. Let me know if this will help you solve your issue. I'd be happy to help you.

Hi,

It easy to solve your problem from your installation in the Cisco Access Agent, just simply shutdown the dialog boxes if it’s possible. After that if the error pop-up it again to your screen, you just attempt to restart your PC and then after you restart your machine, you just simply try to uninstall the Cisco Access Agent to your programs and features, then reinstalling it again the client to your PC. Maybe there is a corrupted file to your Cisco Access Agent installation, and then try to scan the system if there infected files to your operating system.
