Error in Biometric SDK 4.2

This error could be associated with an error in the hardware or could be an error in the application itself it is just either of the two. After you encounter this error, try restarting the computer and then try it again. If on the next attempt you still get the same result, try uninstalling the application you are using and then check your computer for any possible errors. There is probably an error in the file system that is affecting the function of the application with the scanning device.

Use a disk utility application to check the system. After checking your hard drive for errors, install the application again. This will fix any corrupted files in the installation and will restore the settings back to default. If the scanning device needs to be detected during the installation, check if it is properly connected to the computer.

Try doing a scan again and see if the same error will appear. You don’t have an incompatibility problem because all versions of Windows are supported by this application.
