I want to changer the picture icon on my user account (displayed in Welcome Screen and the Start Menu) but I get this error.

Edward What's up, the error you face here is due to the Scripting. File System Object registry key that hasn't been assigned an owner. Here are the steps you need to follow:

Go to 'Start' > 'Run'

Type in 'CMD' to open the command window.

When the command window opens, type in 'regedit' and try to open it.

You will need then to change the owner to Administrator.

Change the CLSID key in the same manner.
Once you alter those settings, you may restart the program and the error might be solved.
