Error – AutoCAD unable to save

Hi,

I am having problem with my AutoCAD program, I cannot save the file. It gives me the following error message when I try to save the Drawing file. Help me to fix this issue.

AutoCAD Message

Unable to save to drawing R:/Linkdocs/Buhasa

Common/Plant/P&ID/Plant-3/P5222-08-3111-BUH-Rev.6.dwg

As it is being accessed by another session.

Drawing saved to RLinkdocsBuhasa

CommonPlantP&IDPLANT-3sav892.tmp

OK

Hallo Keith,

Could you have got the drawing open twice? You may be having two instances of the file opened or another user may have opened it too.

The dwl file might also have not been deleted as it is supposed to be the last time that you opened and closed the drawing.
