Hi,

Reason can be:

1) Either the file is corrupted by virus or have been deleted by some other application.

Search for the DLL in your system, If found missing You need to copy the file again into your system. You need to copy it in C:WINDOWSsystem32 folder.

2) Registry got corrupted: In this case you need to install registry scanner to clean and rebuild the corrupted registry.

3) Possibly antivirus has blocked the file considering it as a threat or virus.

Additionally, it this will not work, you can manually update windows or use system restore. I believe this would help to resolve the issue.

Thanks.

Hello DavidSBernal, The error is popping because either the ‘accessdb003.dll’ is missing or could not be located. Missing file means the file is not present in your system and ‘could not be located’ means that the file is present in your system but can’t be accessed because the path to the file is not set. First of all go to : ‘C:Windowssystem32’ folder and search for the file named ‘accessdb003.dll’. If this file is present then mentioned the steps mentioned under the topic ‘How to set path’ below, but, if the file is missing, then first download the file from internet put it in the ‘system32’ folder mentioned above and then follow the steps in ‘How to set path’. How to set the path:-

  • Right click ‘My Computer’ and choose ‘Properties’.
  • Go to ‘Advanced’ Tab and click ‘Environment Variables’, you will see a dialog box like this –
Steps mentioned under the topic How to set path
  • Select the ‘path’ in the lower window (highlighted in blue in the above image) and click the ‘Edit’ button.
  • Go to the end of line and paste the following “; C:Windowssystem32accessdb003.dll;” (excluding the double quotes).
  • Click OK on both the windows.

Done.
