Hi Experts! I need help with my recently installed Adobe Audition 3.0.1. I always get an error "can't find a supported audio device." I am running an HP desktop PC with i5 processor and runs Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit OS. Is there a conflict between my sound card and Audition 3.0.1? Does my sound card recognize Audition 3.0.1? Can anyone please send me some suggestions? Thank you.

To resolve that problem, you will need to use the system restore utility to remove any changes that you made to the system that are causing that error to occur. The following is how you do it:

  • On your computer, click on start and then All Programs.
  • Locate Accessories and click on it.
  • Next you will need to click on System Tools,
  • And then you will click on System Restore.
  • You will need to choose the restore point which should be a time before you started getting that error, and then allows the system tom run the process.

The system will automatically restore the deleted programs that might be causing that error to occur.
