I deleted the Kodak EasyShare Software and Kodak updater into my computer.I used the Add/Remove software characteristic on my latest Windows XP computer program. Afterwards, every time I begin to open my computer, there was a failure message running into data accounts (Kodak Device Updater.Exe) need a (id separator application). What should I do to free from this faulty information?

You uninstalled the application from the control panel, but it seems like there are still patches of its file on the computer that are causing the error messages to come up every time you start your computer, and therefore you will need to find them and remove them. To remove them you will need to do the following:

  • On your computer, click on start, and then My Computer.
  • Click on the C: Partition and then open program files.
  • Look for the folder that is named Kodak Easyshare and delete it permanently.

After that, you will need to use the disk cleanup to clear all unused files on the system.
