My Blackberry Enterprise Service's version is 10.2.0 on my iPhone with iOS 7.1.1. I tried to open an app from work, but it failed. I could not download the app, it always gave me an error 'Error 3009: cannot install application'. 'Optional' has been always blank and there are no apps displayed on it. Any help please?

Hi Debrajbartel, error 3009 Cannot install application is more often than not the result of a corrupted registry entry. These errors are usually the tell tale signs of installing and uninstalling programs .Since your using a Blackberry, chances are you might have left SQL behind which still has remnants of the old BES database. Unfortunately this last residue of the registry is left uninstalled which in turn cause the error. Perform a clean uninstall of BES x5. Then clean install the BES 10. And make sure there no more SQL jobs that are incompatible with the log.
