Error 26009. Could not Access the datastore using the DSN File

Dear Buddies,

I am using Windows Server 2008 (64-bit) and have been trying to use Citrix XenApp 5.0.Besides SQL SErver 2005 is used in my environment.However I have not been able to access the datastore using the DSN File.Not too sure what the issue is here.

Citrix XenApp 5.0:

Error 26009. Could not Access the datastore using the DSN File, Username and Password given function UseFileDSN returned failure in CTX_IMA_Silent_ODBC.

You should check the username and password you supplied when you access the database. If either the password or the username is case-sensitive then you should check the proper casing of the characters you entered with the DSN file. If still nothing happened, try an alternative username and password to access the database. I’m sure there is another account you can use as an alternative for the previous account you attempted to use.

You should also check your computer’s connection with the server. Maybe you are having a network problem with your server that’s why this is happening. Check the validity of your connection and then try it again.
