Hello,

I have been making vain attempts in importing the configuration of my Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) to a disk. I have been trying to achieve this via NI System Configuration API. The software version is 1.1.2

I have been unable to proceed as I am stuck with the below mentioned error

Error -2147220480 occurred at nisyscfg.lvlib:Export.vi

Possible reason(s):

NI System Configuration: (Hex 0x80040400) Error opening a file

Complete Call Chain:

 nisyscfg.lvlib:Export.vi

 Export MAX Configuration.vi

Hope you'll can help me with this.

Hello Dibri,

Have you checked the NIC configuration on your computer? For it seems they haven't been configured correctly and as a result causing the issue. You will need to go to the device manager and confirm that. If the Network Interface Card is faulty you might want to replace it.

Regards,

Nicke

Good Day Dibri,

The error you encountered is caused when you tried writing to a part of your disk which does not have the appropriate permissions or approved permissions. Try first changing the desired destination folder to the Desktop or My Documents folder and try running the application. If this still does not work, try following the instructions on the following link:
