Error 1935 – Kaspersky Version 2011

Hello friends

I am experiencing a problem with the installation of Kaspersky. I was using Kaspersky 2011 version and it was working exceptionally but I uninstalled it yesterday to install the Kaspersky 2012 version but I could not succeed.

When I try to install it I get an error window on my screen which is as follows:

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly

To resolve this problem I later installed the getsysteminfo from

http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file…5c47e02e20784c4

and also installed the Kaspersky antivirus removal just for a check on my system. I restarted it again and again but of no use. Every time I ended up with the same error.

If anyone can be of any help, that'll be great.

Looking forward to your replies

Regards

John

Delete the last anti-virus, if it is. Install version 2012. Clean install instructions (command regedit, clear your register). After you clean install version 2012, do a databases update > reboot.

If the issue is still not sorted, pending hopeful possible resolution of this issue here at this forum, please also contact Tech Support

Hello Nadiajgoff,

Please make sure that your previous version is completely uninstalled and you have no antivirus software that is installed in your PC. Do a clean uninstall and delete all of the registry. You can use CCleaner.  After that install the Kaspersky 2012 with the exact procedure and do a clean restart.

Hope this will solve your problem. If this won’t work, then you should contact with your service provider.

Thank You.
