Error 1722 when trying to upgrade to Reporter 8.3

Hello,

I tried to upgrade Reporter 8.2 to Reporter 8.3 but I got error 1722? What may be the reason for this?

Help me to solve this please.

Hi there Steve D Bautista,
 
This is a very well known error occurring because of incompatibility of the software with the Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition Runtime. In order to make things work, you will need to remove the Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition Runtime from your computer and then perform the upgrade.
 
To do that, open your Control Panel and using the Add/Remove option to uninstall Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition Runtime.
 
Restarting your computer after de-installation is over is recommended.

Once the software is removed, start the upgrade again.
