I tried to install Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate 2012.

I have got an error message and the installation was not complete.

Error 1720. There is a problem with the windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Custom action add THEALIACADREG script error -2147024770, : Line 93, Column 13,

Hi,

The problem you are facing doesn't happen often. It is not related to the Autodesk software.

So, I think you have an issue with your installed VB Script. Create a new user profile with local admin rights and installing as the new user. If it does not work, make sure you have the latest version of the Windows installer.

Just do what I said and get rid of the problem.
