I am running two operating systems in my computer. I made a huge conflict on drive C.

So that my computer becomes very slow.

This creates an error which I cannot remove properly.

I cannot identify this error so please clear this error for me and suggest me to do something to remove this error cause I have some important files on this drive.

Need to save them

The error is:
