Hi Konakhatun,

Your system lacks the necessary permission to access certain registry keys.

To solve this, you need to enable full control of the registry. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your PC as an Administrator. This is very important to gain access to all registry keys that need to be configured

2. Go to START > Search for Regedt32

3. Click on the Icon to Open Registry Editor

4. Select & Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder, then right click on SYSTEM folder and select Permissions…

5. In the Permissions window, tick Full Control and Read boxes for all users in your PC

6. Select OK and Exit the Registry

7. Reboot your computer and Retry

This error appears to be related to permissions. If you are installing ZENworks, make sure you are installing with an administrator account. If you are installing with a limited or non-admin account, ask someone with an administrator account on the computer to install the program for you.

If you are in a LAN or local area network and you need this program, ask the network administrator to install the software for you. If this doesn’t apply or you are not in a network or you have an administrator account, check the program’s system requirements and verify that your computer meets those requirements.

If this doesn’t work, run the installer or the setup file as admin to give full permissions. Right-click the ZENworks setup file then select “Run as administrator”. If this doesn’t work, download the latest free trial, ZENworks Suite.

The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise edition), Windows 8.x (Professional or Enterprise edition), and Windows 10 (Professional, Education, Enterprise, or Enterprise 2015 LTSB edition).
