Error 1303 on 4 on Demand Installation

I want to install 4 on Demand Software for watching videos. But I spend almost an hour for installing with no luck. An Error 1303 is appearing during the installation. It is also stating that the installer for 4oD doesn’t have enough privileges to access the directory where My Deliveries is located. I already tried to log in as the Administrator but I can’t still continue with the installation.

Can someone please help me?

4oD Installer Information:

"Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocumentsMy Deliveries. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator."

Error 1303 on 4 on Demand Installation


From the error message in the snapshot you have posted above, it appears that the account that you are logged in does not offer you the privileges that will allow you to carry on with the installation of the on Demand software. And therefore to resolve that, you will need to do the following:

  • You will either need to switch from the account that you are logged in with right now and log in with an account that has administrative privileges to be able to install that application.
  • Or you can as well right-click on the installer and then select 'Run as Administrator' option which may require you to enter the administrator account for that computer.
