Whenever I try to connect using the Citrix Online Launcher, I get 'Error 12029 sending request to server download.citrixonline.com. A connection with the server could not be established'. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it then attempted to connect again and the same error occurred. I'm thinking it could be a firewall issue but I couldn't be sure.
The above error message will be showed if the Citrix Online Launcher is incapable to connect to the suitable server for a joining. This error would typically designate either a network or else firewall issue, though it can correspondingly present itself if the fitted Citrix Online Launcher is not properly updated.Â

Tick Add/Remove Packages, Uninstall a Program or else Programs And FeaturesÂ
Tick to highpoint Citrix Online LauncherÂ
Tick Change/Remove, Eliminate, or UninstallÂ
When the Launcher has been eliminated, try the connection again
