Error 1111 when backing up .pst file

I am trying to backup my .pst file but an Error 1111 is appearing so I could not continue. The error occurs after upgrading Retrospect Single Server Edition Version 7.7 for Windows Vista. What do I need to change in Retrospect settings to continue with the back up? Can I use it in backing up an open file? Please send me some ideas. Thanks.

Error 1111 when backing up .pst file

Retrospect will throw this error 1111 (locked range failure) when another application or service had the file open using a lock range. This prevents Retrospect from accessing it. Try to exit all applications except Retrospect and see if this can resolve the issue. You may also experience this issue if you are trying to back up from a network share. Retrospect is unable to use Open file backup if that is the case. You should select a source under Backup Clients and not My Network Places. Another thing to check is to make sure that you have entered your open file backup add-on license code.
