Error 1103 on Retrospect 7.6

I am receiving Error 1103 on Retrospect Pro 7.6. I am using this product for years and never had any problems before. Sometime it states that I am unable to create backup and sometime it cannot create catalogs. The frequency of error seems to be increasing in every use. Other than this, the backing up and restoring of files seems to be working fine. My computer is not connected to any network. How do I get rid of this error? Please help.

Error 1103 on Retrospect 7.6

This has happened because of all catalogs—- 8 of them. You need to move all catalogs to a new folder and double click on one to be able to be recognized by the Retrospect. You couldn't select them all and double click on one since double clicking on one can't select  all the others. Nevertheless, try to open one catalog  Retrospect and try  to do a backup. And then execute window to be able to use. Check the history  of the same error that you got. I hope that this might help you. Get back to me if you have anymore problem.
