Actually the mentioned error code means that the startup server has left without more time for the mentioned time of trial. It seems that the time has actually expired for trial. Perhaps through a certain time period this trial has to be performed.

The thing which you need to confirm is that on your system time and date is accurately set. If it is correct then please follow the following steps:

Press Start, sort cmd in the provided search box, do right click on the command prompt window and choose ‘Run as administrator’.

In the command box please put the following:

Cscript "%ProgramFiles%Microsoft OfficeOffice14ospp.vbs" /inpkey:<product key>

Note: Take in the dashes in the provided product key.

Check by opening any Office 2010 purpose and you can attempt activating to check if that is helpful.

Error (0XC004C032) means that the activation server has denied further time for the trial. Actually the time for the trial has expired. Possibly trial had to be made during a certain time period. Make sure that the time and date on your computer is correctly set. If Time & date is correctly set then follow any instruction given below:

Instruction 1.

Go to Start, type cmd in search box (Win 7) or run boxes (Win XP), right click on the command prompt window and select ‘Run as administrator’.

In the command box type the following text.

Cscript "%ProgramFiles%Microsoft OfficeOffice14ospp.vbs" /inpkey:<product key>

Note: Include the dashes in the product key.

Instruction 2:

Check the reg key value for the subsequent. Then make codes as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETCONTROLCLASS{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Key = UpperFilters
Value = PartMgr

If codes doesn't equivalent with the same code then try to modify it by the command prompt.

Reg add:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETCONTROLCLASS{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} /v UPPERFILTERS /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d PartMgr /f

Try for activating it again.
