“Error: Access Violation as 0x01C92BC6 (tried to write 0x00596110C), program terminated.”

The error above is appearing after running AC Explorer 3.33a. I tried to run this on my laptop with AC Explorer previous version and on my other desktop with fresh installation of AC Explorer but still receiving the same error pop up message. How can I fix it?

If there are any temporary files that are responsible for that problem, you will need to do the following:

  • On your computer, you will need to go to start,
  • And then you will go to all programs,
  • Navigate to accessories,
  • And then system tools
  • Therefore you will need to click on Disk Cleanup.
  • Let the disk clean up utility clean all the temporary files.
  • Once you have done that, you will then go to start, and then run.
  • You will then type in %temp% and then press enter.
  • After that you will go to edit in the upper left and then click on it and then 'select all'.
  • You will then hit your delete key and delete as many as you can, and thereafter you will empty your recycle bin.
