Epson Tx125 Printer Inkpad Error
I purchased an Epson TX125 Printer that I have barely used for a month and I have started experiencing trouble. There’s an error indicator which correlates to “inkpad full error” as confirmed from the printer’s manual. I have tried squeezing off the excess ink from the inkpad, wash with a warm clean water but these has not fixed the issue. Whenever I connect the printer to my computer, another error message shows up that “the ink cartridge is expended”. The printer uses a CISS and I have refilled all the bottles. What could be the issue? I won’t consider sending this printer back to the seller as the warranty is still valid , for the fear that it would take long to get this issue fixed. Can you assist please?
