I was trying to configure paypal integration(encrypted) with a website. but getting a error " The call to server.createobject failed while checking the permissions. Access is denied"

“The call to server.createobject failed while checking the permissions. Access is denied" to solve this problem you need to setup paypal website payments standard. To do this follows these instructions.
1. Log in your admin page as administrator.
2. Now open configuration > my store.
3. Scroll down and check that all sectors are installed or setup properly.
4. At the bottom of the list finds out tax or payment option. Setup the requirements here.
5. Try to find language option. If you have selected a particular language then make it default.
6. Then click on next button for go to next step
Then do the same as before. In this way go to the end and click finish button.
