This is the first time i have seen this message (550 – xxxxxxxxx is not a known user); what is it? can anybody help me understand this message,an how can i fix this message?

There may be the problem with your current browser application or it may be corrupted by some dangerous types of viruses or malwares. You need to totally scan your computer from different kind of powerful antivirus such AVG or Kaspersky and the problem is not solved yet then try to reinstall your current by uninstalling it. 550 – xxxxxxxxx is not a known user, it’s a common error for internet user. It’s basically show when you try to send e-mail.
When you using an e-mail address and try to send e-mail to anybody then you got this message, now question is why you got that kind of error message?
Reason & Solve:
When you try to send a note to an e-mail address, which did not familiar at the mail server you entered.
That’s mean you entered incorrect e-mail address in your box other ways the user of that e-mail address disable his/her address.
For an example: you may entered [email protected], but it should be [email protected].
Anyway, make sure you entered the valid e-mail address.
