When I try to open mat lab software, I got the following error message.

Encountered unexpected end-of-file (line 33377) while loading toolbox cache.

Error occurred loading: C:UsersRavitejaGAppDataRoamingMathWorksMATLABR2011atoolbox_cache-7.12.0-391219282-win64.xml

I ignored the Cache file. I need your help. Please.

Hallo Olivia,

There are several things that I will recommend that you do to fix that problem. They are as follows:

First I will recommend that you locate that file in the directory you have indicated above and delete it. The file will be recreated automatically later when they the application needs to use it. It will most probably be recreated when the system restarts.
In case you do the above and the error still persists, I will recommend that you contact MathWorks Installation Support and let them provide you with further assistance to solve the problem.
