There is a problem connecting to your mail server. The username is incorrect. This difficulty of logging can happen due to any authentication problem or failure of POP3 server. To solve this connectivity issue,
- First, go to Tools tab and then select Accounts
- Now double click on account property box that will appear
- Then click on the server tab.
- The box will then appear that says My server requires authentication, click on it.
- Now click on Apply to accept the changes and then close the window
- Now restart the Outlook and then try to send emails.
