Element 3D – missing all media elements Error

Hello experts,

Just I have installed E3D on my PC with AE6. Then I installed the Pro Shaders with Motion Design pack.

After that, the effect looks to run very well and also the license key worked in the first time but the media is missing.

All of the browser windows are missing Materials, Models, Environments or Bevels. Then I have attempted re-installing the fixed but no change. Now what should I do?

Do I require registering the position of the media files? Where am I able to get them on the hard disc?

Maybe it is not connected but I saw that the installer (zipped) is below 80Meg.

Dear User,

I recommend you to download a newer setup file. Not an online installer. But an offline installer. Where you can download all the files in to your hard disk drive and proceed with the installation.

This way you are able to have everything in your hard disk and begin the installation with it. So that you can make sure all the files are available for the installation.

Thank you

Goody Day, upon reviewing your Question and based on the error you got, the reason why you are having that kind of problem is having a corrupted installer or some of its components is missing. I suggest you should download again or you should get a new fresh installer. The reason why I am suggesting to you to get a new installer Is because I have the same file to and its nearly 200 mb in size.

Heres the proof I provide for you:

That’s an installation error from the plug-in you are trying to install. Element 3D is a plug-in for Adobe After Effects and it is compatible with Adobe After Effects CS3, CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6, and CC. It supports Windows 7 and Windows 8.x. For Mac, it supports OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion, and 10.9 Mavericks.

If you are installing it on Windows, try running the installer or setup file as administrator. Right-click the setup file and select “Run as administrator”. If this doesn’t work, try to disable your antivirus or firewall temporarily then install it again. If this doesn’t work, update your operating system to the latest Service Pack. Download and install Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

This is the latest and only Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows 7.
