Dear Community forum,
I am managing Eclipse SDK version 220.127.116.11. I have been seeking to set up eFace acquired from Zip. I have properly set up other Eclipse plug-ins.
When I get to the Eclipse Improvements Research Outcomes, in Eclipse I do not see the same options as shown in the training video (still frame below).

The problem you are discussing in the above question and in the picture which is showing that your software has not installed properly in your computer and you need to install it again and if this problem again happens then you need to install the change version of the software change from the previous one.
I think the second option is much more better than the first one. First download or purchase the change version as you already installed and then install the software again. Hope this solution will resolve your problem. If this still doesn't work then you need to ask production house what is the problem.
Or one more option is check out the requirements are anything missing in your requirement.
