I am a complete newbie with Google docs, once I inserted a picture in Google docs the pictures tend to change in size. I am having a great trouble printing with all my pictures in my articles misaligned. Can anyone form the community help?

You can insert images in your Google docs by using the copy-paste option or by using the Insert Menu which will prompt you to select the image you want to export to Google docs. You can resize the images by dragging on the sides of the picture where resize handles are located. If the sizes of the pictures are automatically changing, it is because of the file size or file type.

The maximum size of an inserted image should only be 2 MB and should be in .PNG, .GIF, or .JPG. It should only have 2000 pixels in dimension. Check to see the quality of your image before inserting them. You can Edit them using other applications before using them in Google Docs to prevent automatic resizing.
