I am trying to install software, but an error occurs during the installation process. It shows that there is some file miss.
In the attached image you can see the error message. Please help me to solve this problem.

Error 1311.Source file not found:
C:DOCUME~1CHRIST~1LOCALS~1TEMPTemporary directory 1 for 034EFI_Stage IIc[1].zip34EFI StageIIc040434EFI_STGIIc_040329-1021Data1.cab.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

This problem may occur if the windows security policy is set to restrict, when it is restricted you cannot windows does not have the permission to access the file as existing logged user
To solve this problem follows these steps
1st Go to my computer
2nd Go to local or network drive or go to Tools > map network drive > Give a server and share path > ok > then double click on the created network drive
3rd Go to file menu > new folder
4th Give a name for the folder
5th insert the software CD into the CD/DVD-ROM which you need to install (Hold Shift when you insert the CD to prevent the auto installation)
6th In my computer right click CD/DVD-ROM > click explore
7th Go to edit menu > select all > Copy
8th Paste it in the folder you created
9th When everything copied, Click on Setup.exe and start the installation and follow the normal installation procedure.
