I am viewing "Authentication failed" message when trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Does anyone know why this message appears any help will be appreciated?

It would help a lot if you write more info like ShareScan version, when problem first occurred.
With this information I can think only of two reasons it doesn’t work:
Check is your firewall turned on ShareScan Services Manager PC if it is the best option is to turn it off completely but if you have some bigger reasons not to turn it off make sure that all required ports which ShareScan uses are open.
Check does your account have “Log on locally” rights
