I just downloaded, installed and ran easy drive data recovery.
When the program finished the scan it says I have to pay to fix the affected files?
Is it worth it or should I just try another program?
No matter what data recovery software you choose you should first scan your hard drive or media for the deleted files.
If that software lists the file that were formatted or deleted then you should go for its purchase.
If the SW fails to list your files for recovery then try other brands like Stellar Phoenix, Recuva and Wonder share.
