E-mail notification is not configured

When I try to configure the email client I get this error stating that email notification is not configured.

Please help.


Configure notification options

E-mail notification is not configured.

In case the computer is unattended, alerts and notifications will not be delivered to you.

To fix this problem, please configure the SMTP server and alert e-mail settings.

E-mail address not specified, e-mail notifications disabled.

How about your problem? Still same?

My suggest, try and error with click the link "change settings".

Maybe It happen, you not active your email or got too many email.

If still got same problem, just contact SMTP server.

Just my suggestion.

E-mail notification is not configured



I’ll guide you with the steps to configure your Outlook.

  • Select Email Accounts menu and click on Tools.
  • Now select as a new Email account.
  • Select POP3 or IMAP depending on your account type and click next.
  • On the internet email settings, enter your information.
  • On the Internet email settings, click on the outgoing server tab.
  • Go to the advanced tab and then change the outgoing server SMTP port to 80 or 3535.
  • Now, click next and then click Finish.
