Well this problem can be caused by any one of the few reasons. You need to check on them yourselves and find out what is exactly wrong. I can show you those.

Firstly try to check if there is any problem with your hardware. You can do memtests from the site, on your RAM stacks and graphics memory. If that works out right, that might be a problem of your graphics drivers. Remove the previous one, and get the latest from Geforce website for your graphics card. If that does not even solve your problem, then you need to make sure that you have installed all the Windows updates available. If problem still persists, then uninstall your direct X and reinstall it.

After all, if you are over clocking your graphics card, then STOP doing that. Hope any of it helps.

Good day,

This problem can either be a software or hardware problem.

Solution 1

You should run a test on all of your computer hardware to see if it is normally functioning. There are websites that runs a graphics and memory test. But you can also use WinDiag and just search for it in the internet. It is a bootable CD same as when you are installing a fresh install of operating system this is for memory only.

Solution 2

This can be a virus attack in your operating system. Install anti virus always as much as possible then scan your system file through it. If you still have this error repair your operating system and install drivers for the specified hardware
