I installed this software to make a complete backup of my DVD movie “The Transformers” with version 0.16. I ripped my DVD with DVDDecrypter and selected to copy complete DVD in this software.
Now when it starts to copy the menus etc, the following error message is displayed
An error occurred:
An sector was not found(00002001)
Please someone tell me what this error is about and how to solve it.

DVDFab gives problem while copying DVD files
There are two (3) most common possible reason when you get this error message.
1. First, if you have a scratch or dirt on your disc, cd/dvd drive will have a hard time to read it. You may clean the surface of the disc and try to use it again, or you may also use another computer to try copying it there.
2. Second, if your cd/dvd drive is defective, or needs lens cleaning. You may try cleaning the lens of your cd/dvd drive by using CD cleaning kit. It helps the drive to read the disc, and as mention earlier, you may also try using another computer just to check if your cd/dvd drive is ok or not.
3.Third reason, when your copying Original Disc and is copy protected, it will not allow you to copy this disc. But fortunately, i discover a software that copies Original and copy protected Disc, it is called Magic DVD Ripper. I tested Magic DVD Ripper and works like a charm. It is very easy to use and the size of the installer is very small (3.5 mb). You can also choose different output for your video (MP4, AVI, etc.) Hope this will help you.
