I installed an unlimited version of DVD Copy. I use this one for copying and for back up videos to my computer at home.

When I copy a video I get this error message. I tried to copy the video again but the error still pops up.

I tried to re-install the program but the error still there,

what am I going to do?

Hello Allan,

Try to download AMD install the latest version.

If you still get the error even if you are using the latest version of the program, unzip the file and save it to c:Program FilesAVS4YOUAVSDVDCopy (and overwrite the existing file).

You can also ask for assistance or inquire in this link: http://support.avs4you.com/

I hope that this solution will help you on your problem. Best of luck and have a good day!

Hey,

This happens because of an error in regression testing of the software before releasing it. Any unstable release may result in this type of behavior. The best possible option you have is to update it or download the newer version. If you don’t have any of the above options, try AVS support. They must have tracked down this bug.

Sanders Danny
