I am receiving a duplicate of mail send from Gmail on my Blackberry handheld device. How do I stop this? I would also like to change default email setting and need help the restore the phone to factory setting.

The reason why you are receiving duplicate mails on your blackberry phone is possibly because of the settings you have configured it to use, and the way to remove those settings will by restoring the phone to its factory settings. You will need to use the following procedure to be able to do that:

On the phone you will go to options or settings depending on the type of phone you are using.

Then you will choose the security options.

And then choose General Settings.

After that you will need to push the menu key and then choose 'wipe handheld'
You will have restored the phone to its factory settings.
