Duplicate Field Name Error while Creating Field on Dynamics CRM 2011

Yesterday i was creating a bunch of fields for one of my client, of the fields, included a Two Options field, and a Single Line of Text field. The field name of the Single Line of Text field was to be that of the Two Options field, but with ‘name’ on the end. First  I created the two line field and then when I entered the single line field I got the following error. How can I create this fields?

Duplicate Field Name

A field with the specified name already exists. Please specify a unique name.

Hello Zack,

The issue you are describing is a known issue with CRM 2011, where moving customization from one system to another are not imported due to the import process incorrectly identifying an item as a duplicate. This issue is a need to be fixed with the release of Update Rollup for CRM 2011.
