DTS Import/Export Wizard in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 displays error

Hello,

While working with DTS Import/Export to copy data from one the data source I ended up with an error message. When I select the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL server, I got this error message pop up. I stuck here not able to move forward from this step. Please guide me. Thanks a lot.

Error Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server.

Error Description: [DBNETLTB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

Context: Error during initialization of the provider.

Hello,

Microsoft is very concerned about this error. In order to fix this issue, you have to run a Microsoft Fixit. Download and run it, and then your problem will be fixed.

Also, check the date and time of your PC. It is also very important for making everything perfect.

You may also try running 32-bit providers along 64-bit SQL Server.
