My pergola (p6203w Windows 7 home premium 64 w/ Nvidia MPC61 and 4 Giga Byte) is a couple of weeks old and I am facing problems with my Verizon USB LAN device and also with my Kodak USB printer. I did the download fresh software for each one and got in touch with Technical support for HP many times but Verizon many times to know the benefit.

My entire software and hardware works perfectly on my ACER Vista Laptop. I did find this post now and downloaded the driver updater 2 to my flash Drive, and loaded it to my HP, and received the similar error message [The update did not complete successfully. (259)] HP help has not been Lived with their name. What should I do now? I need help.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello!

Sometimes the USB drive has damaged or become corrupt by software installation. I think you need to identify that problem first. You have to check your PC system configuration. Then, which software you have installed, make sure that it's free from virus and not conflicted at all. After all, I think you will get the problem. If you are unable, you should take it to the experts.
