Driver error during the updates for device

Hi there,

I tried to update my driver software for my device and when I tried to install the updates this error appears. The updates are downloaded from a trusted website and are compatible with my Windows 7 and the device. Can anyone help me please with this error ?

Driver error during the updates for device

To solve this issue do the following steps:

  1. Go to C drive.
  2. Search "VIA _USB_MDM"
  3. Follow the path C Windows System 32 Driver Store File Repository Directory.
  4. Delete two files "VIA_USB_MDM.inf_am64" and "VIA_USB_MDM_a64"
  5. Now manually update the drivers.
  6. Right click "MY Computer" and select "manage" to open "Computer Management Window"
  7. Now select "device manager" and find out the drivers that are not upgraded yet.
  8. Right click on the device and select the option "upgrade driver software."
  9. In the next window there will two options, select "brows my computer for driver software.
  10. Now window will ask to brows driver location, give the driver location and then click "OK"

In this way, you can successfully install your drivers.
