Hi, the dragon naturally speaking works with Windows 7 operating system, although you might face a few problems, the major ones of which I have discussed here.
The issue is that it only supports the 64 bit version of Windows. Thus, if you have the 32 bit, you need to change.
Also, it only runs on Windows 7, so you cannot upgrade your operating system version. Other than that, you should face no problem.
Another precaution you can take is check your firewall and put the dragon naturally speaking in the exception list.
