Hi,

If you’d like to install your Microsoft Office 2003 software to another computer, you need to make use of the installation media that you used to get it installed on the first computer. Just make sure that your license for this software allows you to install it on more than one computer.

If what you wanted to do was just to ‘copy or move’ your folder, which may not necessarily be the installation of your Microsoft Office 2003, then dragging the folder from one hard drive to another hard drive or partition would, by default, use the Copy function.

Thank you. Hope this helps.

Hi

Here you need to finalize one thing, what you want to do?

Is it just copy paste task or you want to copy the installation settings and want to paste on another computer?

If you are just copying paste the folder from the folder of Program Files, then just do copy paste function. But if you want to install Microsoft Office 2003 on another computer, then you need to copy only the setup file from the CD or the media you used first to install. Copy paste operation will just copy the data from one source to another, it can’t copy the installation settings and properties. For this purpose, you must install the Microsoft Office 2003on other computer too.

Hope it will help.
